No dumpster
The big ugly dumpster is gone from the front yard to make room for sheetrock to be delivered today.
Insulation
We have passed the insulation inspection and our painter Joe Cortez (in the picture) is painting interior doors.

Rough-in inspections passed
We have passed all rough-in inspections and the spray insulation is going in today. Because of the harmful fumes nobody else can work at the site today. But things will really pick up tomorrow. Batt insulation, interior door installation and painting all should happen this week. The gypsum board is scheduled for next week and finishes will follow beginning of Septemeber.

Interior work
We have passed electrical inspection and are just days away of having all the rough-in inspections done. Fire places are in. It's a true race with time...
